Returns & Exchange
If I change my mind, can I get a refund?
- Where you have placed your order on the website or over the phone, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery.
Your right of withdrawal from the purchase is subject to the requirement that Goods remain in their original boxes and with all packaging material, brochures and instruction material enclosed.
You will not be entitled to withdraw from the purchase if the Goods have been soiled, damaged or mistreated in any way since delivery.
You must notify Superior Lifestyle in writing before the expiry of the deadline. You must also return the Goods at your own cost to our Warehouse (Unit 16 Dog Lane, Cheatles Bridge Business Park, Bodymoor Heath, Sutton Coldfield B76 9JD, United Kingdom).
I am unable to return the Goods to your warehouse. Can you come and collect the Goods?
- If you are unable to arrange for the return of the Goods, you will be liable to pay a minimum charge of £185 (£148 plus VAT) as the collection fee.
On receipt of payment, we will issue a designated date for collection of the Goods. If you require a specific date and/or time for collection, additional charges may apply.
If collection is arranged but you fail to make the products available for collection, an additional charge of £185 (£148 plus VAT) will be payable for the failed return.

I have already opened the Goods and do not find it suitable for my needs. Can I cancel my purchase?
- Our bed bases and mattresses fall into a special category that require extra care and attention.
To minimise our impact on landfill and preserve public health and safety, we cannot accept any return of Goods that have been opened and trialled.
It is important that you take the time to confirm your order, as our obligations will be fulfilled on dispatch.

Our Online Delivery & Assembly Policy
Is delivery free?
- Delivery to your front door will incur an additional charge.
The delivery charge varies depending on the shipping address and will be disclosed at the point of sale.
When will I receive my delivery?
- All items are prepared for dispatch within 24 hours of confirming your sales order.
Depending on the shipping address, your items will be delivered within 7 transit days (starting from the day after dispatch).
In outer and regional areas, deliveries may be facilitated by a third-party courier. Contact and delivery may occur up to 15 transit days after dispatch in these areas.
It is your responsibility to liaise with our nominated courier in relation to the date of delivery.
Please note these delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change without notice. We will not be responsible for the delivery times of your goods once dispatched. Delays in shipping do occasionally occur and we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by delivery days.
Do I need to be home to take delivery?
- Given the value of our goods, we do recommend that you are home to accept delivery. However, if you are happy for us to leave your items somewhere safe and secure, please let us know prior to dispatch.
Do you deliver on weekends?
- Unfortunately, no. Our trusted carriers do not operate on weekends. However, if you are unable to accept delivery during business hours, you can arrange to pick up the items from our warehouse. Please give us a call to discuss further.
Can you take my items inside?
- At the point of sale, you can request additional services including assembly and rubbish removal. Additional charges apply.
Otherwise, all our furniture items will be delivered to your front door by our team or nominated third party courier.
Please note for safety reasons, our couriers are not allowed to enter your home or carry the items up a flight of stairs.
Who is going to help me with assembly?
- If you have not purchased assembly services at the point of sale, it is your responsibility to take the goods inside. If you think you will struggle with the bigger or heavier boxes, we recommend inviting someone over to help.
How will I know when my delivery is coming?
- You will receive a phone call from the courier to book in a date and time for delivery. We will also send you updates when your order has left our warehouse.
Does an adjsutable bed require much in the way of assembly?
Our adjustable beds come pre-assembled and require about 10% of assembly in the home. Assembly requirements include attachment of bed legs, mattress retainer bars and plugging the adjustable bed into a power outlet. For someone who has never assembled one of our adjustable beds before, this whole process will take less than 30 minutes per base, which excludes removing any existing bed or bed frame. As all our prices include both delivery and installation, you can sit back and relax while our team of adjustable bed installers take care of everything for you.

What does dumpster rental cost?
This will depend on the location and size of the dumpster you require. Please call or email us and we will be happy to quote you a price with no obligations.
How do I pay for a dumpster rental?
Dumpster rental payment can be paid when the dumpster is delivered. We accept cash, check and credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover).
What does the price include?
All dumpster rentals include drop off, 10 days of rental and pick up. Depending on the dumpster you rent, there may or may not be a weight fee. Please call or email us and we'll be happy to supply you with a no obligation price quote.
How long is the rental period?
The typical rental period is 10 days. If you feel as though you need additional time, please let us know when you order. Dumpster rentals beyond 10 days have a $30 per extra week fee.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Although we can handle most last minute orders, 1-2 days notice will ensure we can supply you with what you need, when you need it. The more time the better.
What if I need to keep my container longer or have it removed sooner?
Discount Dumpster, LLC is happy to accomidate early pick ups and understands that extenuating circumstances may require you too need some extra time. Dumpsters kept past the 10 day rental period is charged a small late fee of $30 per additional week.
Is it necessary to be home when the dumpster is delivered or removed?
It is not necessary to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster. However, please be as specific as possible when answering the delivery question, as the driver will use that information provided along with their best judgement to place the dumpster in the safest accessible area when making the delivery. If an onsite contact is not available for delivery, you will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster. For removal, please keep the dumpser unobstructed so that the driver can access it on the scheduled pick-up day. If the dumpster is inaccessible, the customer is subject to an additional pick-up charge.
Can I put the dumpster on the street?
No, we can not. We also can not place the dumpster in a way that blocks a public sidewalk.
How do I change or cancel an order?

What if I need an extra haul?
We are happy to switch out your full dumpster for another empty one. Please note, the price is the same for each dumpster rental.
Will the dumpster damage the driveway?
Although the dumpsters are driveway safe, the customer assumes all liablities for damage to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and the entire dumpster placement site.
How full can I fill the dumpster?
The maximum level is the top of the dumpster for legal transportation. Do not fill the dumpster above the maximum load level, even with light materials. An overfilled dumpster may not be able to be removed. If you have questions or concerns please contact us.
Are there any materials that I can not throw in the dumpster?
The dumpsters are not meant to haul dirt, concrete or hazardous materials. We do not accept tires either. Please call if you have a questionable item.
